Nazareth, Pa., was listed No. 5 on Realtor.com’s 2023 Hottest ZIP Codes in America. These top 10 ZIP codes made the cut with their median or below median home prices, larger-than-average home sizes, higher listing views and fast selling rates.
Founded in 1740, the borough of Nazareth describes itself as “a quaint and charming community situated in central Northampton County” on its official site. Nearby towns include Bethlehem and Easton. Nazareth is located just half an hour outside Allentown and less than two hours from Philadelphia, making residents just a drive away from larger metropolitan areas.
The borough boasts about its quiet and attractive neighborhoods, great parks, heralded school system and annual traditions such as the “Martin on Main Street Festival” (named for the town’s best-known product, the Martin Guitar), Nazareth Day, The Block Party, parades and more.
Realtor® Frank Renaldi, a member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors® who’s lived in the Nazareth area since 1989, says, “The best part of the Nazareth region is the combination of a quaint historic borough with loads of small business and the rural life filled with hiking trails, creeks for great fishing and an equestrian destination. All of these benefits of small-town living are paired with the convenience of shopping centers just outside of town and two major highway arteries in Rt. 33 and Rt. 22. This allows the enjoyment of peace and quiet while only being 15 minutes away from downtown Easton and the Bethlehem exit of Rt. 33.”
