The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency recently honored Jarvis Sanders as Top Realtor® at their annual homeownership awards event. Held in Harrisburg, the event recognized top lending partners of 2024 that worked with homebuyers utilizing home loans with PHFA.
“I’ve been a Realtor® since September 2022,” Sanders, a member of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors®, shares. “For me, real estate is more than just buying and selling homes – it’s about helping clients achieve their dreams and goals. I’m committed to providing top-notch service, no matter the task.”
“One of the tools that makes my job even more rewarding is the PHFA program,” he adds. “I refer all eligible clients to PHFA, because it’s an outstanding resource that truly benefits them – and most importantly, it brings smiles and satisfaction to clients every time!”
“During these challenging economic times for a lot of families and individuals, owning a home may feel like just a dream for many,” PHFA Executive Director and CEO Robin Wiessmann said in a press release. “PHFA could not do what we do without these lending partners who tirelessly promote our affordable mortgage loan options that help so many Pennsylvanians live the dream of homeownership. We couldn’t do it without them. We thank all of them for their dedication and partnership with PHFA, and I would like to personally congratulate all the winners.”
