The Central Penn Business Journal recently named Erica Rawls, a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors®, to their Women of Influence list.
“Women of Influence identifies high-achieving women for their tremendous career accomplishments,” CPBJ’s site says. “The Women of Influence honorees are selected based on professional experience, community involvement and a commitment to mentoring.”
Rawls has been a licensed Realtor® since 2007 and an associate broker since 2019. Currently, she’s an agent with Keller Williams of Central PA.
“Real estate has always been more than just a career for me – it’s a calling,” she shares. “It’s about helping people navigate life-changing moments, whether buying their first home, building generational wealth or starting over after hardship.”
“As a woman in leadership and as someone who’s overcome personal challenges, I’m most proud of using my voice and platform to empower others, especially women, to believe they are worthy of success, stability and joy.”
“Being recognized by the Central Penn Business Journal is an honor,” Rawls adds. “But the real reward is seeing lives transformed through education, opportunity and community. I’m passionate about mentorship, building strong client experiences and creating spaces where people feel seen, safe and supported.”
“This recognition reminds me that purpose and passion, when paired with service, can create a lasting impact.”
