Paula Monthofer
Paula is a highly sought-after national speaker, strategic planning consultant and national leader. She has been an active Realtor® since 2002. She was the 2017 president of the Arizona Realtors® and their 2017 AZ Realtor® of the Year, was the Region XI Vice President for the National Association of Realtors® in 2019, and is the owner of both the Focus School of Real Estate and the Academy of DOM. She has been honored with the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors® Distinguished Service Award and their Presidents Award, as well as the Distinguished Service Award from the Arizona Realtors®.
As a passionate community leader, Paula was proud to be chosen for the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce’s Young Athena Award. In 2022, she received the Heart of Safety Award from the Beverly Carter Foundation for her tireless work promoting Realtor® Safety. All of that aside… The truth is, most people just know her by her favorite title: “Sam’s Mama.”

Arica Bryan-Miller, a Realtist and Realtor®, real estate investor and developer, is with the Del Valley Realty and Property Management. She has a mission to create opportunities that strengthen neighborhoods and expand pathways to homeownership and wealth building. She is the vice chair of PAR’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and is the chairperson of the Tri-County Suburban Realtor® DEI Committee. She is also a PAR director.
Mon Kramer | President, LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance Eastern PA Chapter
Mon Kramer (they/them) is a real estate broker with Keller Williams Empower in Philadelphia. They founded Move with Pride in 2022 and have built a career focused on creating inclusive, affirming spaces for clients of all genders, sexualities and family structures. As president of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance Eastern PA Chapter, they champion equitable practices in real estate through education, advocacy and community empowerment.
Kathy Krebs | President, Women’s Council of Realtors® Philadelphia Chapter
Kathy Krebs, a Realtor® with Elfant Wissahickon Realtors®, relocated to Pennsylvania in 2010. She worked as a home stager while transitioning to her real estate agent career, where she specializes in listings, buyer’s agency and relocation. She is the founder and president of the Women’s Council of Realtors® – Philadelphia Chapter. She is also a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors® and a director at PAR.
Minh Nguyen | President, Asian Real Estate Association of America Philadelphia Chapter
Minh Nguyen, a Realtor® with Keller Williams Empower in Philadelphia, immigrated as a child from South Vietnam. He was named Cultural Icon Philadelphia in 2020 and Regional Cultural Icon in 2021. He serves as treasurer of the Liberty City Political Action Committee. He is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors® and serves on GPAR’s DEI Committee and PAR’s Board of Directors and DEI Committee.
