2025 RPAC Carnival The Greatest Investment on Earth

Join RPAC at the Spring Business Meetings as we head to the carnival. Attendees will enjoy food, beverages, music, access to various carnival games, a silent auction and sweepstakes events. Realtors® have three ticket entry choices, each with various benefits.

Sponsor and Donation Opportunities

Local associations can sponsor a carnival game or donate an item for the silent auction at the event.

Sponsorship opportunities and auction items are first come, first served. The deadline for all sponsorships and silent auction donations is Thursday, May 1, 2025. Contact Sherri Martin to discuss sponsorship opportunities.

Sponsor a Carnival Game

Local associations have the opportunity to sponsor a carnival game at the event. All games will feature signage prominently displaying the sponsors’ names, and the sponsors will be recognized in promotional materials.

  • $50 Club carnival games (6 available) – $100
  • $100 Club carnival games (5 available) – $250
  • $250 Club carnival games (5 available) – $500
  • PacMan game sponsor (2 available) – $500 and $250
  • Strike-a-Light game sponsor – $500
  • Club sweepstakes prize sponsors (3 available) – $500 or $250

Donate a Silent Auction Item

Local associations and Realtors® have the opportunity to donate an item for the silent auction that will occur at the event. Approximately 20 items will be auctioned. Review the list and contact Sherri Martin.

PA RPAC Personal Disclaimer Statement

Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amount suggested is merely a guideline and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates. Until your state PAC reaches its RPAC goal 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. § 30116; after the state PAC reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates.

PA RPAC Corporate Disclaimer Statement

All contributions are non-deductible. 100% of your contribution up to $999 will be directed to the PA RPAC administrative fund, which utilizes the funds to engage in other political activities. 30% of corporate investments $1,000 or more will be directed to NAR’s Political Advocacy Fund, which utilizes the funds to engage in other federal political activities, and the state RPAC administrative fund will retain 70%.
