About the State Political Coordinator Program
The SPC program strengthens relationships between Realtors® and members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly. Each SPC is paired with a state legislator and serves as a key contact, helping ensure lawmakers are well-informed about industry issues and PAR’s legislative priorities.
The coordinators’ roles are essential in advancing policies that support a strong real estate market and protect private property rights.

SPC Update Meeting
PAR advocacy staff will provide updates on the state budget, the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act (RELRA), and other key advocacy issues.
