General Module
About this Course
The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires all salespersons to complete 14 hours of mandatory continuing education during their first renewal cycle. For the 2026-2028 renewal cycle, this applies to those licensed between Dec. 1, 2025 and Nov. 30, 2027.
The General Module is one of the two required courses.
This course provides salespersons with a high level of knowledge and understanding regarding key areas of real estate practice. Real Estate Professionals will learn: the duties of licensees, closing costs for buyers and sellers, the Agreement of Sale and addenda, title reports, agency relationships, zoning and environmental concerns.
