About this Course
This course provides a high level of knowledge and understanding regarding key areas of commercial real estate practice. The New Agent Commercial Module covers the fundamentals that a licensee engaging in sales, leasing, or management of commercial properties would be expected to understand.
When taken with the 7-hour General Module, this 7-hour course meets the 14-hour continuing education requirement for licensees taking continuing education for the first time.
