This class will be taught in two parts. Material will be presented in a chronological fashion focusing on architectural styles prevalent throughout southwestern Pennsylvania from the 1700s to the present. This course will examine the importance of the use of proper terminology in establishing legitimacy and professionalism. Special emphasis will be placed helping agents to apply the style parameters provided by multiple listing services and to strengthen listings with accurate property descriptions for the benefit of the consumer.
