This course provides a high level of knowledge and understanding regarding key areas of commercial real estate practice. The New Agent Commercial Module covers the fundamentals that a licensee engaging in sales, leasing, or management of commercial properties would be expected to understand. When taken with the 7-hour General Module, this 7-hour course meets the 14-hour continuing education requirement for licensees taking continuing education for the first time.

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires all salespersons to complete 14 hours of mandatory continuing education during their first renewal cycle. For the 2024-2026 renewal cycle, this applies to those licensed between Dec. 1, 2023 and Nov. 30, 2025. The Commercial Module is one of the required courses.
