About this Course
With the landscape of client representation changing, it’s more important than ever to communicate your value as a seller’s agent to your clients. This course, which will earn you the REBI SRS Designation, is designed to develop your skills as a listing agent so you are prepared to answer common questions and objections, provide excellent service and ensure that you are always within legal and ethical boundaries.
The course contains eight modules: Your Value Proposition, Crafting Your Message, Generating Business, Preparing for the Appointment, Meeting With the Seller, Marketing the Listing, Setting the Stage and Offer to Closing. In addition, participants will receive checklists, prospecting tools and templates they can implement to improve their seller side business.
