This course will cover the history of housing discrimination, protected classes, common fair housing violations, advertising requirements, accommodations, and modifications for persons with disabilities, PA State Laws, Article 10 of the Realtor® Code of Ethics, current issues and best practices to avoid discrimination.

This course satisfies the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission’s required education in fair housing.
