Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® Business Meetings

Held three times annually and open to all members, PAR Business Meetings present the opportunity for member committees and the board of directors to analyze and formulate policies on issues affecting the industry and the association.

2026 Fall Business Meetings

The Fall Business Meetings will be held Tuesday, Sept. 22, through Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026, at the Hilton Harrisburg.

Pre-registration is now closed. On-site registration is available.

RSVP for Individual Meetings

After registering for the business meetings, RSVP for each in-person meeting you plan to attend. You will find all agendas, minutes and Issues Briefing Papers in the Meeting Center 10 days prior to the meetings.

The PAR Meeting Center is used to track attendance at meetings. Members must RSVP in the PAR Meeting Center BEFORE the meetings. Those who do not mark the reason for missing a meeting in the PAR Meeting Center PRIOR to the meeting will have an unexcused absence. View the attendance policy.

Attendance and Removal Policy 

The PAR Meeting Center will be used to track attendance. Members must RSVP in the PAR Meeting Center BEFORE the meetings to indicate whether they will or will not be attending a committee meeting and/or the board of directors meeting. Welcome Lunch

Tuesday, Sept. 22 at noon
Elayne Weiss, senior policy advisor for NAR Federal Financing and Housing, will present “21st Century Road to Housing Act: Roadmap to Implementation.”

Cocktails and Cardigans with President Dean

Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 5:15 p.m.
Join President Dean for drinks, light hors d’oeuvres and conversation.

Reassessments and Commercial Appraisals

Wednesday, Sept. 23 at 8:30 a.m.
Westmoreland County Chief Assessor Camdon Porterfield will discuss reassessments and commercial appraisals, tax fairness and its impact on commercial real estate.

PA RRC Luncheon

Wednesday, Sept. 23 at noon

Back by popular demand, guest speaker Javier Nichols, CEO of New Agent Handbook, will share his powerful insights on leveraging RPR at a whole new level. He’ll demonstrate how to: use RPR to dominate your local markets, generate client-ready reports on the go and instantly locate off-market inventory.

This luncheon is available for $25 for RRC members and $35 for non-members. Separate registration is required.

Board of Directors Meeting

Thursday, Sept. 24 at 9:30 a.m.

A hybrid option is available for this meeting. Voting directors must RSVP in the PAR Meeting Center to indicate how they plan to attend.

Overnight Accommodations

After registering to attend the meetings, you will receive an email with instructions on how to book your accommodations.

Those attending the business meetings can make reservations at the Hilton Harrisburg or Comfort Suites. The group rates are available until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026, or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.

RPAC Sweepstakes

RPAC is hosting two sweepstakes during the PAR Fall Business Meetings. Members can invest in either sweepstakes or both.

Event Compliance Information

As a reminder, by registering and attending the above-referenced PAR in-person event, I acknowledge and affirm that:

  • Attending an in-person event or meeting carries a certain degree of risk that may result in sickness, and certain vulnerable individuals with underlying health conditions may have greater health risks.
