Real Estate Fundamentals
About this Course
Students will learn the basic principles of real estate, real estate vocabulary, ownership of real property, the rights of ownership and limitations, how ownership is held and title is transferred, law principles, contracts, financing and licensing laws, environmental issues and leasing.
Required book: Modern Real Estate Practice in PA – 15th edition
You will receive meeting links at least a day before the class begins.
The class meets on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30-9:45 p.m.
