Students will learn the basic principles of real estate, real estate vocabulary, ownership of real property, the rights of ownership and limitations, how ownership is held and title is transferred, law principles, contracts, financing and licensing laws, environmental issues and leasing.

You may pack a bagged lunch for your lunch break or grab fast food at nearby locations, and we have vending machines for snacks and drinks.

There will be a final exam on the last day.
