Lisa Aaron is the professional standards & education manager for PAR. Lisa joined PAR in October 2011 and is responsible for managing the Statewide Professional Standards Cooperative which includes Code of Ethics complaints, Arbitration Requests and the Dispute Resolution System. She also serves as the team leader for planning the annual Tri-State Triple Play Convention.
Lisa is a graduate of Southern Seminary College. Prior to joining PAR, she worked for 3 years as the director of professional development for the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors®.
