What you need to know about this year’s Triple Play

This year’s Triple Play Realtors® Convention is rapidly approaching and I’m greatly looking forward to spending Dec. 8-11 in Atlantic City.

With more than 8,000 attendees at the convention this year, it’s the place to be! The convention is a great opportunity for both networking and education.

Session hours for education will be:

• Tuesday, Dec. 9:9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, Dec. 10: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Thursday, Dec. 11: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The trade expo will be open:

• Tuesday, Dec. 9: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Wednesday, Dec. 10: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

On Monday, Dec. 8, the Young Professionals Network (YPN) will host their kick-off reception from 8 to 11 p.m. The reception is open to all Realtors®, so feel free to mix and mingle with young real estate professionals from the tri-state area.

The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR) Reception is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 9, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in room 201/202 of the convention center. Join your fellow PAR members for socializing, while enjoying appetizers and a cash bar.

Later that evening, head to the Icebreaker Reception from 9 p.m. until midnight, to meet and mingle with other attendees. Enjoy appetizers, music, a cash bar and networking opportunities at Caesars Atlantic City.

With the registration fee, attendees may take advantage of any of the continuing education sessions. For additional fees and registration, attendees can sign up for designation and certification courses, which will be held on Monday, Dec. 8, and Tuesday, Dec. 9.

These sessions include CCIM: Certified Foundations for Success, SRS: Sellers’ Representative Specialist Designation Course, MRP: Military Relocation Professional Certification, CRS 201: Listing Strategies and Professional Standards Administrators’ Training.
