Dr. Lawrence Yun, National Association of Realtors’® chief economist, said things are looking up for the commercial real estate industry. Yun said the second half of 2021 looks “much better” thanks to the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccines.

Chad Dion Lassiter, the executive director of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, said the Fair Housing Act recognizes that housing is not just a fundamental right, but a human right and that housing discrimination is pervasive.
