More than a third of U.S. companies suffered a data breach in the previous 12 months and over 70% of those companies have no idea how the breach happened, according to a recent survey. Join PAR President Al Perry and Trista Curzydlo, a well-known real estate attorney and national speaker, as they discuss how you can protect your clients’ confidential information from both external threats and internal problems.

Curzydlo brings a fresh perspective and devotes her time to offering educational opportunities for real estate licensees across the country. She is a graduate of Washburn University, School of Law. Curzydlo has served as assistant legal counsel to Kansas Gov. Bill Graves and an assistant district attorney assigned to the Consumer Fraud division in Kansas. She was also the government affairs director and legal counsel for the Wichita Area Association of Realtors® and the South Central Kansas MLS.
