When your clients are looking to relocate, chances are it’s for a reason, like a job, or family. But sometimes, they are just looking for something fresh.

And we may have just what they are looking for right here in Pennsylvania.

The Lincoln Property Company recently released their “Top 10 Cities For Relocation,” and Philadelphia made the list at number nine.

The list considered a city’s nightlife, culture, food, weather and rent costs. The City of Brotherly Love was commended for many aspects, such as their public art, like the legendary love sign. Also, did you know Philadelphia is considered the mural capitol of the United States? According to the Lincoln Property Company, Philadelphia boasts more than 2,000 outdoor murals. And don’t forget about the Philadelphia Zoo, which they recommend visiting.

Philadelphia is also known for its’ educational status. Home to more than 80 universities, colleges, trade schools and speciality schools, chances are you probably will run into your fair share of students. Additionally, one in six doctors receives his or her medical training in Philadelphia.

Philadelphia is also home to a wealth of historic places, pointed out the Lincoln Property Company. Stop by the Liberty Bell, or visit the nation’s first library, founded in 1731 by Benjamin Franklin.

And don’t forget about the signature foods, like the cheesesteak and the soft pretzel, they advise.

Finally, rent is reasonable in Philadelphia, with the monthly average rate for a one-or-two-bedroom place coming in at $1,288.

Other cities across the nation who made the top ten include: Boulder, CO.; Austin, Texas; Scottsdale, AZ.; Minneapolis, MN.; Cincinnati, Ohio; Knoxville, TN.; Oak Park, IL., Richmond, VA and San Diego, CA.
