This course is designed to increase knowledge and competence when preparing and presenting statements of estimated costs for both buyers and sellers. The class will review legal requirements for preparation and presentation to clients and consumers. It will also include a discussion of common fees, costs associated with the sale and purchase of real estate, including FHA, VA financing, USDA, cash transactions and much more.
