About this Course
This course will review the process of a complaint against a licensee, reasons for complaints, most frequent violations, responding to an order to show cause, hearings, consent orders, review of actual Real Estate Commission cases, risk reduction, notable disciplinary actions, and duties of licensees.
This course will cover the mandatory 3-hour CE requirement as per the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission for the 2022-2024 CE cycle, covering the responsibilities of the broker and the responsibilities of their licensees.
