About this Course
Real Estate Practice is one of two pre-licensing classes needed to sit for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission’s real estate salesperson exam. The primary objective of the course Real Estate Practice is to provide students with essential information regarding laws, business practices, ethics and technologies, which enable them to conduct themselves as professionals in ways that ultimately protect the consumer to whom they provide services.
