About this Course
This course will cover the 2.5-hr NAR Ethics requirement for the January 1, 2022-December 31, 2024 Ethics Cycle.
This course will incorporate sections of the NAR Code of Ethics, as well as current RELRA regulations regarding practices, procedures, and professionalism of licensees, and will review how ethical principles tie into RELRA requirements and Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission Rules and Regulations in protecting consumers.
