Code of Ethics: Advertising, Social Media & the Agent

Both the Federal Fair Housing Law and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act have revised and expanded their definitions of gender, which is a protected class. In this course, we’ll discuss all protected classes and how agents can advertise within those laws, and other laws, including Regulation Z and RESPA. We will also cover the use of social media for advertising.
