Rose Kays

Rose Kays is accounting and client services manager for PAR where she works on the municipal database. Rose reviews municipal documents and analyzes ordinances, then interprets this information. Information deemed useful in the real estate market is then added to the database.

Rose received her bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and her Master’s in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University - Harrisburg. Prior to joining PAR, Rose worked in various positions in local government, the most recent as a township manager.
