Marcus worked several years with the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Republican Caucus. While there, he served as a research analyst for the Finance, Consumer Affairs and Aging & Older Adult Services committees working intensely on a host of issues relating to the tax code, public utilities and protecting older adults.
Marcus is also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and served as an artilleryman four years.
