Joe Carofino is the broker and owner of Advantage Homes Real Estate and is served as PAR’s District 9 Vice President.
Joe is active on his local board, the Lawrence County Board of Realtors®, where he is a twice past president. He also participates on several PAR committees, including the Association Services Coordinating Committee, the Executive Committee and Strategic Oversight Committee.
Additionally, Joe is a federal political coordinator for U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly (PA-16) and is on the Lawrence County Assessment Appeal Board.
Joe resides in New Castle. He is married with three children and four grandchildren. He enjoys the outdoors in his spare time.
