How to Become a Secondary Member
- Have an active primary Realtor® membership. You must have an active primary Realtor® membership with a local association in another state.
- Obtain a Pennsylvania real estate license. Complete the required Pennsylvania real estate education and pass the exams in order to apply for your Pennsylvania real estate license. Real estate licenses are issued by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission.
- Contact us to begin the process. Fill out the contact form or call us at 800-555-3390. Please have your membership identification/NRDS number and a credit card ready for when we return your inquiry.
- Pay the one-time fee and annual dues. There is a one-time $100 fee for new members. Annual dues are $150 (January-December). Dues for the first year are prorated based on the month you join.
