Hailey Betham is the northeast political field representative. She earned her degree in political science from Cabrini University. Hailey comes to PAR with experience in legislative advocacy as a member of Catholic Relief Services. Her work with CRS and Cabrini University allowed her to interact with communities on a local, national and international scale.
