PAR’s new website integrates realtor.com® profiles

The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® is excited to announce it will launch a new PARealtor.org later this month.

realtor.com® logoAn important function of PAR’s website – and important member benefit – is our Find a Realtor® search. On the new website, the search is connected to each member’s National Realtor® Database System number – or your NRDS number. PAR is proud to announce its integration of the realtor.com® profiles on the new PARealtor.org.

The realtor.com® profiles will play an integral part of this new search. Realtors® who have claimed their free realtor.com® profile will have a “view profile” link appear on our new site. Realtors® who do not have a realtor.com® profile will have their name and contact information appear, but no link to listings or additional information.

You can claim your free realtor.com® profile online or call 866-665-1738 for assistance.

PAR has integrated realtor.com® profiles so that Realtors® don’t have to create or update yet another online profile.

Realtor.com® has a great online reputation and Realtors® with completed profiles find their Google ranking has increased because of realtor.com®. That’s because realtor.com® is advertising a lot – both on television and online. PAR’s Welcome Home survey shows that homeowners aged 35-49 are using realtor.com® more than any other age group.

If you’ve claimed your profile, make sure it includes a photo and it’s up-to-date with your information. Does it include your specialties? Do you have client reviews on the site? The realtor.com® profile gives you a terrific opportunity to market yourself and link to any listings you may already have on realtor.com®.

Take a moment and claim or update your realtor.com® profile. You’ll be glad you did.
