‘Just Sold’ alerts help close sellers for listings

To help real estate agents professionals stay on top of homes sold, Top Producer® Systems, a developer of media and technology solutions operated by Move, inc., recently introduced Sold Alert, a tool that helps agents notify potential sellers of a home sale near their property.

Sold Alerts generate notifications within minutes of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reporting a home sale as closed. Potential sellers often want opinions on pricing and other market advice well in advance of listing their home for sale. Just Sold Alerts enable agents to improve the dialogue with potential sellers by providing timely pricing information regarding sold homes.

Sold Alert features include:

  • Alert owners when homes sell nearby
  • Send market reports on prices and nearby market changes
  • Send price reduction alerts
  • You set it up and alerts are automatic.

“We anticipate Sold Alert will add substantially to the value of Market Snapshot, because it gives agents the opportunity to be first in delivering important neighborhood home sale news and to have a more informed conversation with potential sellers about local home values,” said Michael Kane, Move’s senior vice president of software as a service (SaaS) businesses. “Having a Sold Alert pop up can be the trigger a real estate agent needs to contact a prospective home seller and, if the time is right, list their home.”

In addition to the new Sold Alert tool, Market Snapshot provides agents up-to-date reports of sales prices, average market time, and home transaction activity near a client’s home.

A demo is available on Top Producer’s website. Those interested in more information can also contact 1-800-824-6450.
