Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazards Disclosure

The Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazards Disclosure (Form LPD) allows the Seller to disclose any knowledge and records/reports about lead paint in or about the property, agents to acknowledge performance of their duty under the law, and the Buyer to acknowledge receipt of the information and reports/records. This form must be completed for any property built before 1978.

Using the Lead-Based Paint Disclosure

This form must be completed for any property built before 1978 and should be filled out by the seller at the same time as the listing contract or seller’s property disclosure.
