About this Course

This course will focus on the offers/agreements between buyers and sellers. The Agreement of Sale (ASR) and addenda are very flexible tools that professional licensees should use. The course will also cover negotiations through many other forms of communication. It will include a review of licensee duties, consumer protection, professional standards, and relevant laws and regulations.
