About this Course
Valuation of Residential Property provides a thorough understanding of the appraisal process, methods in appraisals and valuation, real property concepts and characteristics, principles of value, data analysis, site description and analysis, legal considerations, highest and best use, improvement analysis, the impact of real estate financing, economic principles, real estate markets and analysis, and the three real estate appraisal approaches to value: sales comparison (market data), cost, and income, along with case studies and practice exercises pertaining to each approach.
