About this Course
The largest number of complaints made to state appraisal boards revolve around the single unit residential 1004 form. This program will stress what is expected by clients and intended users upon receipt and the review process prior to the appraisal being accepted. The program addresses the development and communication of single unit residential appraisals consistent with how to meet the minimum requirements of USPAP and expectations of regular users of this service.
