About this Course
This class features noted real estate attorney Alex Shnayder, Esq., who will provide the latest information on risk education for brokers and agents.
This course is intended to educate licensees on areas of risk inherent on the following:
- Property disclosure
- The transaction
- Navigation of a failed transaction
This course will provide licensees with a road map to limiting risk in these areas, ultimately protecting the consumer/client from risk as well. Case law and specific state regulations will clarify these areas of risk.
