This course is intended to educate licensees on areas of risk inherent the following:

1. The seller’s property disclosure
2. The transaction
3. The failed transaction

This course will provide licensees with a road map to avoid risk in these areas, ultimately protecting the consumer/client from risk as well. Case law and specific state regulations will clarify these areas of risk.
