About this Course
The Fair Housing Act will be covered in-depth as well as Pennsylvania state and local ordinances. Concepts for discussion will include the importance of diversity, recognizing implicit bias, as well as forbidden practices such as redlining and steering. Plus, examples of regional and national cases highlighting individual fair housing topics.
This 3.5-hour fair housing course will cover topics of:

- Implicit Bias
- Diversity
- Fair Housing Act (FHA)
*Those licensed after 12/1/2019 are considered new licensees who are required to complete the mandatory courses for new licensees pursuant to 49 Pa. Code § 35.384(b).
