About this Course
This is interactive course will benefit all licensees with its approach to the nuts and bolts of the profession. Covering such issues as; law, ethics, agency, cooperation, the transaction cycle, prospecting, listing advertising and marketing, qualifying, selecting, and showing property, negotiating, financing, and closing the transaction. Students will develop new and re-evaluate existing tools and thought processes that can be used to create and expand your business relationship.
