Students will learn the basic principles of real estate, real estate vocabulary, ownership of real property, the rights of ownership and limitations, how ownership is held and title is transferred, law principles, contracts, financing and licensing laws, environmental issues and leasing.

There will be a final exam on the last day.

Students may pack a bagged lunch for lunch break or grab fast food at nearby locations. Vending machines are available with snacks and drinks.

The required textbook is Modern Real Estate Practice in PA – 15th edition.
