This course will cover all phases of the management function, including business planning and organization, budgets, recruiting, human resource development and market strategies.

A business plan is due as a graded final project. You may choose to do a final exam instead of the business plan.

Brokerage and Office Management is a required course in broker licensing education. Everyone working towards a broker’s license must take this course.
