About this Course
Real Estate Fundamentals is one of two pre-licensing classes needed in order to sit for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission’s real estate salesperson exam. The primary objective of the course Real Estate Fundamentals is to enable students to develop an understanding of complex legal issues involved in the study of real estate and provide them with a solid, technical, legal foundation upon which a successful career can be built.
