This is a “New Agent” course for post-licensing education requirement in Pennsylvania.

This course provides a high level of knowledge and understanding regarding key areas of residential real estate practice. The New Agent Residential Module covers the fundamentals that a licensee engaging in sales and management of residential properties would be expected to understand. When taken with the 7-hour General Module, this 7-hour course meets the 14-hour continuing education requirement for licensees taking continuing education for the first time.
