Join the attorneys from Norris McLaughlin for lunch each month for insight into common legal issues found in the practice of real estate. The eight-session course will cover:

• Immigration and property purchases/ownership (including financing)
• Fair housing (this module will fulfill the PA mandatory course requirement for fair housing for the 2024-2026 license renewal cycle as well as the 2025-2027 NAR fair housing training requirement.)
• Working with LLCs and other business entities
• Municipal law topics such as zoning and short-term rental ordinances
• Mastering the Agreement of Sale and agency issues (this module will fulfill the PA mandatory course requirement for agency for the 2024-2026 license renewal cycle)
• Estate sales and elder law concerns
• Tax & Sheriff sales
• Solar panels/ring cameras/drones and other tech issues
