About this Course
The objective of this course is to keep brokers as well as agents abreast of the changes that are occurring in our industry. In an industry where error and omission claims are ever increasing, this seminar strives to stress the importance of accuracy and due diligence in our everyday practice. We, as Realtors® are working in one of the most highly regulated businesses. We are faced with many laws: agency laws, license law, fair housing and antitrust laws to name a few.
