The Legal Side of Divorce
About this Course
A Realtor® helps their clients with one of their most important decisions in life, selling and buying a home. This can be even more complicated if the parties are involved in divorce proceedings. Divorce listings can be very complex. Many listings that are the result of a divorce fail to close or buyers walk away out of frustration with the process and parties.
RRC’s program is designed to help agents learn the family law basics so they be more effective when speaking with clients and guiding them through the process of listing their home or buying a home. It will focus on helping the agents maintain neutrality by putting them through common contentious situations and role-play exercises with a focus on helping them develop techniques to prevent potential disaster moments.
