About this Course
All newly licensed salespersons must complete the mandatory new license general and residential or commercial modules in their first renewal cycle. This applies to those licensed on or after December 1 in the odd numbered year preceding their first renewal year.
The General Module focuses on protection of the buyer and seller client as well as ways to develop professional business strategies to maximize professional development. At the conclusion of the course, participants will be able to abide by all applicable laws, complete and review forms and other contracts with consumers and recognize current legal issues that affect the transfer of property.
