Development of a BPO in Pennsylvania

This course will cover requirements as outlined by the PA State Real Estate Commission for this course and will cover definitions which pertain to BPOs, other valuation products such as appraisals, CMAs, and AVMs (Automated valuation models) as well as permitted uses of BPOs for Pennsylvania licensees. The course will cover the qualifications required to perform a BPO for both the agent performing it, and the managing/supervising broker, including payment of fees. The course will also address the “how to” of a BPO including information the be gathered, and methodology and the risk.
