This program will focus on developing and communicating credible and supportable evaluation appraisal services. It will also focus on the minimum requirements outlined in the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, the core document that practitioners must adhere to when providing this type of appraisal service. This program will show that this service must also adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
